STRATEGIES
Promoting spiritual books through net work of District representatives, Distributors and Promoters. Books promotion through door to door; schools, pastors, churches, hostels, book exibitions etc. Conduct examination for children, teens, youths and grownups half yearly and give attractive prizes.
WORKING STRUCTURE
DISTRICT LEVEL:-
I.SWIN DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE(SDR)- 1 Person
Swim district representative is called “Apostle Paul”. Saul who sat and learnt at the feet of Gamaliel was staunch in Judaism, Converted on his way to Damascus and became Paul. He excelled all the Apostles of Jesus in propagating the gospel. He proved everything indeed and not in word.
Likewise we need a SWIM representative to achieve in action and make all the people of those district soldiers of the cross with higher vision, complete dedication and relentless effort. He will be appointed as Swim District Representative.
a) Qualifications:-
(i) Born again Experience.
(ii) Thirst for soul winning ministry.
(iii) Concern for the perishing souls.
(iv) Willingness to do soul winning ministry.
(v) Readiness to suffer, lose and undergo tribulations for winning souls.
(vi) More liking for eternal life rather than worldly life.(luke 12:4,5)
(vii) A fervent spirit to stir the world.
(viii) An objective to raise younger generations like Joseph, Daniel, Sadrak, Meshak
and Abednego.
b) Additional Qualifications:-
(i) Ready to invest one lakh rupees for spiritual Books Promotion ministry.
(ii) Eagerness and capacity to organize and conduct District and regional level
all night prayers and fasting prayers by dedicating spirit ,body and
resources.
(iii) A vision to coach our children who grow in Christ for I.A.S, I.P.S
examinations, to be in high positions in our country.
(iv) Readiness to do everything with the inspiration from the holy spirit for our
lord and Saviour ‘JESUS CHRIST’.
II SWIM REGIONAL DISTRIBUTORS:- (SRD)7 persons
A SWIM Regional Ditributors is called ‘TIMOTHY’. A district is divided into 7 regions and 7 distributors are appointed. Like Timothy, who was called as ‘ Son in True Faith’ these seven should work with the District Representative. Each of these 7 distributors should appoint 10 field promoters in their region.
a) Qualifications:-
(i) Born again Experience.
(ii) Thirst for soul winning ministry.
(iii) Concern for the perishing souls.
(iv) Readiness to suffer, lose and undergo tribulations for winning souls.
(v) More liking for eternal life rather than worldly life.(luke 12:4,5)
(vi) A fervent spirit to stir the world.
b) Additional Qualifications:-
(i) Ready to invest 10 thousand rupees for spiritual Books Promotion ministry.
(ii) Eagerness and capacity to organize and conduct regional ‘all night prayers’
and fasting prayers and Weekly Prayers Wholeheartedly.
(iii) Ready to organize and conduct examinations etc.
(iv) Readiness to do everything with the inspiration from the holy spirit for our
lord and Saviour ‘JESUS CHRIST’.
III SWIM FIELD PROMOTORS :- (SFP) 70 Persons.
A SWIM field promoters is called ‘ TITUS’. There will be 10 field promoters under one regional distributor. Altogether there are 70 field promoters in one district. TITUS was called by Paul as my ‘ faithful son ‘ . Likewise Titus should work under Paul along with Timothy’s .
a) Qualifications:-
(i) 1.Born again Experience.
(ii) Thirst for soul winning ministry.
(iii) Concern for the perishing souls.
(iv) Readiness to suffer, lose and undergo tribulations for winning souls.
(v) More liking for eternal life rather than worldly life.(luke 12:4,5)
(vi) A fervent spirit to stir the world.
b) Additional Qualifications:-
(i) Ready to invest 1 thousand rupees for spiritual Books Promotion ministry.
(ii) Eagerness and capacity to organize and conduct fasting prayers and Weekly
Prayers Wholeheartedly.
(iii) Ready to organize and conduct examinations etc.
(iv) Readiness to do everything with the inspiration from the holy spirit for our
lord and Saviour ‘JESUS CHRIST’
ALSO WE NEED
a) State Representatives from other states of INDIA.
b) District Representatives from all Districts of INDIA.
c) Regional distributors (7) from each District.
d) Field Promotors from all regions, Districts and states.
e) National Representatives from all nations of the world.
